Forget the lakes and reserviors, when warm weather arrives, the place to be for an angling adventure is on the Conasauga River!

To some of us, nothing beats floating down a small river in an old canoe, stopping occasionally to prospect the many grassbeds, pools, and shoals, with a fishing rod.
Around noon, we enjoy a lite lunch in the shade of towering hardwoods, at the river's edge, then later, to fend off the afternoon heat, we can't resist taking a cool dip in a shaded pool.

For real fun.....take a kid fishing. Neither of you'll ever forget it!

John Hamilton and Keith Locke glide effortlessly down the Conasauga River.

               Simple pleasures are the sweetest.
And, what could be much more simpler than float / fishing a river for Bass and Bluegills?
